A particularly fine Chippendale period mahogany tripod table of excellent colour and patina with a circular tip up top and a piecrust edge and birdcage support. The table stands on a fluted  and spirally turned stem, above a well carved tripod base with shells and acanthus, terminating in claw feet with recessed leather castors.
