About the Artist

Biography

Charlotte Partridge studied in Florence at the Charles Cecil Art Studios, following the techniques of the Old Masters. She continued her studies in London under the contemporary portrait painter Nick Bashall and she has now just returned from a year under the instruction of Nelson Shanks iat Studio Incamminate Philidephia.

Charlotte concentrates on producing finely crafted expressive and accurate portraits.

She prefers to work from sittings in the artist's studio, but she also paints from her own photographs. The number and length of sittings varies depending on the availability of the client.
